Contify Capture Chrome Extension

We recently introduced Contify Capture, our Chrome extension that allows you to quickly add relevant market and competitive content to the Contify platform directly from your web browser.

Whether it’s news articles, job postings, company websites, G2 reviews, screenshots, press releases, or primary intelligence, the extension lets you easily add these insights directly to your Contify instance without breaking your workflow.

Built exclusively for Contify platform users, this extension enables the seamless addition of relevant web content, fostering organization-wide market and competitive intelligence contributions. 

The extension activates only when you choose to capture new intel, ensuring full control and data security. It’s another way Contify simplifies your intelligence-gathering process.

Newsletters update: AI-generated summary of newsletter content

In Contify Intelligence newsletters, we’ve introduced one-click AI-generated summaries for your newsletter content. 

With a single click, you can now generate a concise overview of market and competitive updates in your newsletter. This will enable you to capture the attention of your busy audience effectively. The generated summary is fully editable, allowing you to modify it according to your preferences. 

By automating the summary process, this enhancement allows you to share insights with your audience in a timely manner, fostering quicker, data-driven decisions.

Newsletters update: Enhanced collaboration with commenting functionality

In Contify’s Intelligence Newsletters, we’ve released a commenting functionality to make collaboration between analysts and stakeholders more efficient.

Now, when an analyst shares a draft newsletter with you, you can provide feedback by adding comments directly to individual sections of the newsletter. This addition simplifies the process of sharing suggestions, requesting edits, or clarifying content.

Once a comment is resolved, you’ll receive an email notification, eliminating the need for follow-ups and keeping you updated effortlessly. This streamlined workflow enhances collaboration, enabling you to work seamlessly with analysts to tailor newsletters to your exact needs.

Home tab update: Addition of Announcements and Favorite Workspaces tiles

Announcements and Favorite Workspaces Tile - Home Tab Contify

We’ve added two new tiles to the Home tab: Announcements and Favorite Workspaces. These tiles are designed to improve communication and streamline access to your most-used workspaces.

Announcements Tile

With the new Announcements tile in the Home tab, admin users can effortlessly share important updates with all platform users in just a few clicks. Admins can create announcements by entering a title, adding an optional URL, and posting them directly.

These announcements are prominently displayed on the users’ home tabs, ensuring everyone stays informed. For more targeted communication, admins can also send announcements directly to specific users via email.

Favorite Workspaces Tile

The Favorite Workspaces tile allows you to effortlessly access the workspaces you’ve marked as favorites on your dashboard. This feature enables quick navigation to the workspaces most relevant to you, enhancing productivity.

Additionally, a built-in search bar helps you easily locate specific workspaces by name, ensuring seamless navigation and saving time.

Usability enhancements

While we work on new features, we are also working hard to enhance and adjust many things to elevate your overall product experience. Here are some of the numerous usability updates we made:

  • Home tab tiles can now be shared with user groups, ensuring access to only intended users while keeping the other platform users’ view clutter-free.
  • Auto-generation of the title and description with AI of your added PDFs based on the content present inside them.
  • Completely refreshed newsfeed look to ensure smooth navigation and easy access to updates and summaries within one view.
